Since 1994, the Armenian Tree Project has been implementing vital environmental projects in Armenian cities and villages and on a mission to reverse the deforestation that hit the country hard following the crises that accompanied the first years of independence. We had a chance to speak with the organization’s Executive Director, Jeanmarie Papelian about the challenges in the past and the future of the organization.
