15 հոկտեմբերի, 2019 թվական: Միօրինակ չի անցնում Ավետիսյան դպրոցի և ոչ մի օրը: Այսօր, ահա, մեր բարձրդասարանցիները հյուրընկալել էին «Գուրմե-Դուրմե» շոկոլադի տան հիմնադիր և տնօրեն Դիրան Բաղդադյանին:
Արտաքուստ սովորական այս հանդիպումն իր ավարտին վերածվեց ասուլիսի, քանի որ հյուրի պատմություններից և, ընդհանրապես, ամբողջ ելույթից պատանիներին մեջ ծնվեցին բազմազան հարցեր: Գործարարը փորձեց բոլորին տալ սպառիչ պատասխան և իր խոսքն ավարտեց ջերմ ծափերի ներքո:
Թե ինչ տվեց այս հանդիպումը ավետիսյանցիներին, կարելի էր հասկանալ դահլիճից դանդաղորեն հեռացող պատանիների խոսակցություններից: Այո՛, Դիրան Բաղդադյանի հետ անցկացրած մոտ մեկուկես ժամը իր էությամբ ոչ միայն ձեռնարկատիրության և գործարարության դաս էր, այլև մարդասիրության դաս, լավատեսության և հայրենաշինության դաս: Արդեն վաղուց մայր հայրենիքում խոր ու հաստատուն արմատներ գցած լիբանանահայ գործարարը անկեղծորեն բացեց իր հաջողության գաղտնիքը: Պարզվում է՝ անհրաժեշտ գիտելիքներով զինված լինելը դեռ բավարար չէ դրա համար. ցանկացած գործի վերելքի գրավականներն են նաև դրական մթնոլորտը, բարենպաստ և բարի միջավայրը, մեծ ցանկությունը և, անպայման, լավատեսությունը: Ոգևորված աշակերտները որոշեցին այցելել «Գուրմե-Դուրմե» շոկոլադի տուն`ծանոթանալու շոկոլադի ստեղծման գործընթացին: «Պիտի սիրես այն հողը, այն երկիրը, այն մարդկանց, որտեղ և ում հետ հետ ձեռնարկում ես քո գործը, պիտի լավատես լինես և քո լավատեսությամբ վարակես մթնոլորտն ու շրջապատը: Միայն այդ կերպ կպահենք ու կշենացնենք մեր հայրենիքը»,- սովորեցրեց նա մեր ապագա գործարարներին:
Lessons on Business, Optimism and Homeland-Building
October 15, 2019. No day in Avedisian School passes monotonously. Today, for instance, the students of higher grades in our school hosted Mr. Diran Baghdadian, the founder and director of “Gourmet Dourme” Chocolate House. This outwardly ordinary meeting turned into a real press conference in the end, because the guest’s stories and the whole speech in general gave rise to various questions among the teenagers. The businessman tried to provide everybody with exhaustive answers and finished his talk amid warm applause.
As for what this meeting gave Avedisian School students, one could understand from the chats between the students slowly leaving the hall. Yes, the nearly one and a half hour spent with Diran Baghdadian was in its essence not only a lesson on entrepreneurship and business but a lesson on humanitarianism, optimism and homeland-building. The Lebanese-Armenian businessman, who has already taken deep and firm roots in the motherland for a long time, honestly disclosed the secret to his success. It turns out that being armed with the necessary knowledge is not enough for that. The guarantees for the growth of any business are also positive atmosphere, favorable and good environment, great desire and, of course, optimism.
The excited students decided to visit “Gourmet Dourme” Chocolate House to become acquainted with the process of making chocolate.
“You should love the land, the country, where you start your business and the people with whom you start it; you must be an optimist and infect the atmosphere and surrounding with your optimism. Only in this way can we preserve and develop our homeland”, he taught our future businessmen.
