Ավետիսյան դպրոցի մի խումբ ուսուցիչներ մասնակցեցին «Հուզական բանականություն» թեմայի երրորդ սեմինարին, որի ժամանակ քննարկվեցին հասարակական գիտակցության, հասարակական հարաբերությունների և կառուցվածքների ընկալման վերաբերյալ հարցեր:
Սեմինարը վարում էր ԱՀԱԸ Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Հարութ Ներսեսսյանը: Նա մանկավարժներին ներկայացրեց հասարակական գիտակցության 4 հմտությունները՝ ապրումակցումը, կազմակերպական գիտակցությունը, իրավիճակային գիտակցությունը և ծառայողական դիրքորոշումը:
Սեմինարի ընթացքում ակտիվ մտքերի փոխանակություն տեղի ունեցավ, որն, անշուշտ, կմղի աշակերտ-ուսուցիչ հարաբերությունների ճիշտ ընկալմանը, աշակերտի հույզերի զգալուն, տարբեր շարժառիթների հասկանալուն, նրանց աջակցելուն:
Emotional Intelligence
A group of teachers from the Avedisian School participated in the third seminar on “Emotional Intelligence”, during which they discussed issues related to the understanding of social consciousness, public relations and structures.
The seminar was conducted by Harout Nercessian, the representative of the Armenian Missionary Association of America (AMAA) in Armenia.
Mr. Nercessian presented to pedagogues four skills of social conscience: affiliation, organizational consciousness, situational consciousness and service position.
During the workshop there was an exchange of ideas, which, of course, would lead to the correct perception of student-teacher relationships and students’ emotions, understanding of their incentives and supporting them in their deeds.
